ITIL

ITIL.

Short, but yet very scary word.

Had a first class on what ITIL means today at work. ITIL is perhaps a good idea, but only if you're Dell, HP or another mega-size IT company.

It is probably not such a good idea if you're still a pretty small company where the mentality of almost everyone working there is very far from something that could work together with ITIL.
