Things are getting better

Check it out bitch
See sometimes
You gotta realize
Where you are in your life
In order to feel good and I feel good baby
Listen to me

Things are definitively going the right way for me at the moment. Things are getting better as N.E.R.D. sings/says/raps/whatever.

Nopes, haven't got a job yet and no I haven't got a girl either. But, the summer's coming, the football's starting (just 12 days now!! or 4 til the first game on Söderstadion, the "full-dress rehearsal so to say).

I don't sit home and self-pity myself anymore either. Went out with a couple of friends yesterday, they had a friend who turned 18 so it was his first time in a club. Kinda shitty place though and I doubt that most of the girls there were over 18. They were at least old enough to remember the world cup song from '94 and get goose bumps from it I guess..

I'm sure I was the oldest one there by the way, it was really a beginner's place with all what that means, hehe. So no more visit there from me ;) But hey, it was really fun anyway.

Going to some concerts with a friend's friend who I know a little today too. I was gonna go to the handball game, but had to change my plans when my friend called and asked if I could take her to those concerts.. I couldn't say no, could I? (please say I couldn't, cos I feel kinda bad letting my friend down.. And well, I kinda have since September actually, when we met Villareal in the UEFA-cup and I went to Holland instead. Of cooooourse I do not regret that. But I did feel kinda bad for not going there, because the other people we're going to the matches with aren't so.. "hardcore" so they travel to every away game, and especially not when it's abroad. So he couldn't go there which felt kinda bad. But oh well, I'm sure it's okay.

Gonna see Satirnine tonight, which is kinda fun. Last time I saw them it was their first ever gig and they were of course unsigned. Now they're signed and about to release their second album I think. Maybe the third. Last time I saw them was back in 1999 and the start of 8th grade. I was 13 years old and it was the first time we were in the city at night alone.. I remember I was impressed by Satirnine, I think they started the whole evening.. That's the level they were on back then! It was one of best gigs I've been to too. Not musically, but "mosh-pitally", it was crazy. A band called Paranoise did an awesome cover of Metallica's Seek and Destroy. I think I've got a recording of that on a CD somewhere, including me singing parts of the chorus..

Blah I'm just ranting here!

Just wanted you to know that I feel pretty good now really. And here I am talking of what happened when I was 13 friggin years old.

Last, but not least at all, I hope you get rid of that sickness verrrry soon Luc, you wouldn't want Micc to go alone to see Buttface would you? Who knows what he can come up with then! ;p

You both get better by the way!

Love you all,
Joa
