The internet for my apartment is finally running out now in February and I'm looking for something better as the thing I have now is both expensive and slow. I can get something 20 times faster for the same price. Only thing is though that the people at that company are fucking idiots.

You don't call a number to get help here, instead you give them your number on their website and they call you. I did that first time a week ago, and when I answered I said "Oh hallo, ja, ik prat niet nederland so goed, kan uw engels praten?" because yeah, I can't talk dutch and I don't understand it perfectly either so to speak.. What do you think the guy does? He just hangs up. Not saying anything, just hanging up.

So I submitted my number once again, asked them to call between 18 and 22 because last time I didn't see that you could ask them to call a specific time. What do they do? They called me at 11 this morning. I'm answering "Met Joakim". The guy replies and says he's from wanadoo, and that I have entered my phone number on their website.

I repeat the same thing as I said the first time, but I add an "Het spijt me" at first.
The fucking moron does the same thing again after I had asked him if he could talk english. Just hangs up. Not saying a word.

It's just fucking incredible. Can't they at least say that they can't speak english in dutch? I mean come on, I do understand that, I can even fucking say it. It's not like I'm some lost damn kid that learned ONE sentence but don't really know the meaning of it.

I can understand if a customer calls the wrong number and don't understand anything. Like if a french guy calls the customer service at my work and gets to the international line where I'm sitting, then it's perfectly fine to just hang up. But when it's the a probable future customer that gets hung up on!?

Just fucking incredible. I had heard bad things about their customer service before, but I could never think that it could be like this. It isn't about customer service either really, it's just fucking rude.
